The Constitution of the PERC was adopted by the first PERC General Assembly in March 2007 and amended by PERC General Assemblies in December 2011, 2015 and 2019. The General Assembly also adopts a policy programme for four year period. The present programme was debated and adopted by the Fourth General Assembly in December 2019.
