On 25 February, the Confederation of Trade Unions of Albania organized a protest demonstration in cooperation with several organizations of the civil society.
People gathered to protest against the rise of the prices and of the services, the poverty in the country, and the lack of the social dialogue.
Around 5 000 people united to the call of KSSH and walked in the main boulevard of Tirana with the final destination in front of the Council of Ministers, where several speakers hold their speeches and demanded to the Government to take measures to improve the life of people. It was also said that similar rallies will be organized in other towns of the country as well, in the coming days.
