Russia: VKT and KTR signed "unification agreement"
The two ITUC-PERC affiliates, the All-Russian Confederation of Labour and the Confederation of Labour of Russia, confirmed their intention to unify their structures. The respective agreement was signed at the ILO Moscow Office on 16 July.
