It is worthwhile mentioning that the mentioned enterprise provides services to national and international high officials arriving to and departing from Boryspil airport, including the President of Ukraine. The Independent trade union is concerned that the law enforcement bodies do not notice the violations of Ukrainian legislation. The trade union has reiterated that enterprise “Official delegation lounge” has been encroached upon in order to make it a private enterprise. The trade union also indicated there were cases of smuggling and plundering of state property.

The administration of the enterprise invited the delegation from striking people for negotiations where the deputy director of the enterprise Gennadyi Prisuyazhniuk was not able to respond the workers’ questions and left the premises without any comments on further dialog. The trade unionists continue the strike until their demands are met.
