Particular attention was devoted to analysis of the causes and the implications of the financial and economic crisis, the challenges it put for trade unions and working people and the methods and the actions the labour movement is undertaking on different levels.
The 3rd PERC Baltic Youth Winter School
The 3rd PERC Youth Winter School took place in Kaliningrad on 10 December. It brought together some 30 young trade union activists from Russia, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, who discussed the experience of the national centres’ youth and campaigning work, assessed the outcomes of the World Day for Decent Work youth initiatives in respective countries, exchanged views on different campaigning methods.
