The PERC supports efforts to develop a legal framework for promoting democracy in industrial relations, an effective social dialogue, healthy working conditions and stable social protection systems. Success in these areas requires the effective application of international labour standards as well as the instruments of the European Social Charter (Revised), the EU treaties and the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights.
