On 25-26 May 2010 in Druskininkai, Lithuania, Baltic Subregional meeting of the PERC Human and Trade Union rights network took place. 19 trade union representatives from the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) and Russia’s Kaliningrad region discussed trade union rights violations and how to fight against them.

Participants shared the ideas of networking in the TU rights, letters of protests, complaints or actions of solidarity, etc. Future activity plans were discussed and responsible national contacts persons nominated. Among the recommendations participants expressed their wish to have Annual Surveys published in Russian, shared their personal experiences of trade union rights violations.
