On 11-12 February 2008 John Monks, General Secretary of PERC and G. Gradev Executive Secretary visited the Russian Federation. In Moscow they met with the three Russian affiliates of PERC – FNPR, VKT and KTR. Jointly with the President of PERC, Mikhail Shmakov and E. Sidorov the PERC delegation had also meetings with the head of the Committee on Labour and Social Policy of State Duma, the Committee on International Affairs and the Ministry of Health and Social Development.
