The course took place in Turin, ITC, from 16 to 27 of February. During the course participants from PERC affiliates and partners from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Azerbaijan and Armenia, got information on the existing trade union education systems of national centres of some of the EU countries, on the Eurotraner network of the European Trade Union Institute, on different practices of evaluation and planning of educational programmes and courses, on Project Cycle Management and on different elements of the ILO and PERC work.
