Climate changes and just transition: trade unions’ role and activities

International conference “Climate changes and just transition: trade unions’ role and activities” took place in Baku, on September 26-27, organised by the Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation (ATUC) in cooperation with the International Labor Organization (ILO-ACTRAV), the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC) and the Pan-European Regional Council (PERC).

PERC Summer School 2024

PERC Summer school “Facing new realities of labour in Pan-European region” took place in Tbilisi, 4-5 July. Fifty trade union leaders and activists from different parts of Europe and Central Asia took active part in the work of the school, discussing digitally mediated forms of work (including platforms), existing practices of protection, representation and organising of workers engaged by them, achievements and challenges in regulating platform economy on international, European and national levels in PERC region.

ACTRAV and PERC OSH experts meeting

On 20-21st of March 2024 The PERC, jointly with ILO-ACTRAV and with financial support of the UnionToUnion, organized networking meeting of trade union experts in charge of occupational health and safety from SEE and NIS countries in Chisinau, Moldova, in the Institute of labour of the National Confederation of Trade Unions of Moldova (CNSM). OSH specialists from Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. Participants were greeted by the PERC and CNSM President Igor Zubcu. News
